Women's Kickboxing

 

The beauty of 503 West Coast Jiu Jitsu's Women's Kickboxing Program is it's a mixture of technique, as well as a challenging workout.  Students are taught kicks, punches, knees, elbows and other kickboxing techniques.

What makes this class unique from the typical kickboxing class is 1) it's tailored specifically for women and 2) the students are exercising for virtually the entire hour.  There is a strong emphasis on ab exercises, in addition to leg exercises.
This class is an awesome way to relieve stress and get into great shape.
