Strength & Fitness
The focus in this class is to achieve a total body workout in a 20-35 minute time frame.
Today's "Fit adult" focuses on smart "multi-muscle group" movements. The great thing about this class - results are GUARANTEED! Although each workout routine can and WILL change from one workout to the next, we are very aware of continuing to build on the foundation created.
This class can be taken by someone brand new to working out or a more seasoned fitness enthusiast.
