Brian Espinoza is the founder of West Coast Jiu Jitsu, based in Oxnard, CA, of which 503 West Coast Jiu Jitsu is affiliated.  He was raised with the understanding that honesty and hard work will get him all he needs in life.  With this foundation he has become a successful business owner as well as a respected coach in the Mixed Martial Arts game.



Brian has a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under certification of Rickson Gracie’s first American Black Belt, Chris Saunders.  He has recently been training under Royler Gracie.  With this accolade, no one can doubt his dedication to the aspects of a life in martial arts.

Brian often visits 503 West Coast Jiu Jitsu, performing BJJ seminars that draw attendance not only from 503 WCJJ’s membership directly, but also other area gyms.  In addition, Brian provides the belt testing for 503 WCJJ’s members, which adds an additional level of credibility to the belts they achieve.
