John has been wrestling for six years and training in MMA for two.  John has been successful in MMA and has won a Full Contact Fighting Federation (FCFF) Super Fight belt, and is the current FCFF Middleweight Champion.

John's favorite MMA fighter is Cain Valaquez, and when asked why he likes to train and fight he said, "Like a lot of guys who fight, I enjoy the competition.  I like the fact that there is always something new to learn and the whole fighting community is generally a great group of people to be around."
